On a good day, my skin is combo with some SFs and pores (much more and bigger pores after retinoids, sadly). Light layers are the best for me, due to dehydration. Ceramides and Vaseline are also a big help - fragile barrier = more dehydration = more oil = breakouts (caused by bacteriae not stopped by fragile barrier and feeding on extra oil).
